  Application Details  
 
Divine Right was founded by a few small groups of RL friends, who formed a tight-knit 'family' guild atmosphere. Although we have grown to be able to tackle up to 25-man content, we still embrace a family atmosphere with our guild. We encourage respect, love, and sometimes silliness in our guild, and we ask that any applicant be ready to be thrown into some interesting vent and guild chat conversations.

Although we mostly recruit players due to needs with raiding now, we are not beyond accepting a real-life friend or an exceptional applicant of a class we are slightly overbooked with. We do ask that you are level 70, or very near it. Being a specific class that we are short of is a much easier way to get into our guild though.

To apply to DR and expect to raid you must:
Be attuned to Kharazan and be working on your Heroic Keys/Mount Hyjal chain. Knowledge of your class in a raiding environment is required, and experience in Pre-BC raiding is a plus. Raiding specs are also highly encouraged.

We do not have a specific gear requirement. Having poorly gemmed/enchanted gear, with clear upgrades available in pre-Kara content is not favorable. 		 
     

  Classes  
 

As a recruit you will be brought into the guild on a trial basis. You are expected to attend 75% of raids and come prepared as best as possible or you will be subject to removal from the guild. Your gear is expected to be enchanted and gemmed to the best of your ability, and it is expected that you will understand the strategies of any boss fights you have not participated in before. Failure to meet these expectations can prematurely end your recruitment trial.

If you are applying from an overbooked class, and would like us to keep you in mind for if we had an opening in the future, please add that somewhere in the application. 		 
     

  Raid Times  
 
We are mainly an EST guild. Expect raids from 7pm to 12pm about 4 nights a week, and expectations that if you apply to raid, you will be attending 3+ of those regularly.

Current raid nights are: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.

If you cannot make most of those raids, reconsider your application's basis on raiding. Raid nights can change but we don't raid on fri-sat period. 		 
     

  Raid Attendance  
 
We are currently looking to recruit only for PvE raids, and only people who can attend a large amount. Please let us know what percentage of raids we can expect you to attend. Note: Do not take this lightly, as you will be held to it.

What separates you from every other player of your class? Other than the fact that, unlike most members of your class, you know how to play it. Mentioning your class is usually incompetent/without skill except for you generally doesn't go over well with voting members of your class. We assume if you are applying you can play your class in a PvE/PvP raid.

  Ventrilo  
 
While raiding we use Ventrilo as our form of voice communication. You will be required to have this software installed on your computer and must be on during raids for instructions to help keep things clear. While on Ventrilo during raids you are expected to act mature and remain quiet so that the entire raid can hear the instructions from the designated raid leader.

For other times when we are not raiding, you are more than welcome to join Ventrilo and hang out and bug out and have fun. Raid time is serious and maturity is a must.

We also do not take kindly to spamming Vent, in and out of raids.
